Zynga, the maker of popular Facebook addiction/game FarmVille is progressing by leaps and bounds. First off, we told you when Zynga brought
its most played game FarmVille to the iPad, then we told you that Zynga was launching this very game's localised version in Japan, and they called it FarmVillage, well now looks like Zynga has pulled out another treat from under its sleeve. Read on below to find out.
Zynga brings another treat for its mammoth fan following. The company has officially released its latest game, and its called CityVille, which is no doubt a variation of Zynga's other successful Ville franchises such as FarmVille and FrontierVille. This game may be special for Zynga, as this is the first global launch for the company, and is available now in an impressive five languages, namely English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
So what exactly does CityVille offer to potential players? Well the object of the game is to build your own extravagant city and enjoy the perks of being its unquestionable ruler. Simple as that, and it can be done by building houses and businesses, expanding, maintaining roads and it will also let you trade goods in your neighbourhood with your Facebook friends. Hence truly presenting a fun, interactive and engaging gaming experience on the social network as CityVille is said to be more social than any of the titles that Zynga offers.
Contrary to the nature of FarmVille, CityVille will present you with guided tasks that will need to be accomplished, tasks like building the city hall and hiring staffers, and of course, you can also plant and harvest crops at the local farm, exactly they way you did in FarmVille. This spirit of partnership will run high as CityVille will allow friends to open up franchises of their businesses in each other’s cities.
Let us see how CityVille will perform as compared to FarmVille, as it is relatively a new and unique experience as compared to the former title. What do you think about CityVille? Let us know in your comments below.
